El País Launches Live Streaming Program 'En Clave País'

Uruguayan newspaper El País has launched "En Clave País," a new streaming program broadcast live from its newsroom. The show aims to discuss important topics in Uruguay and around the world, with a focus on making complex issues understandable. Veteran journalist Malena Castaldi will host the program, joined by data journalist Faustina Bartaburu and national news reporter Joaquín Silva. "En Clave País" will feature guests to analyze current events and provide insights into the political and social landscape. The program is broadcast live from El País's homepage and YouTube channel, with subsequent amplification across its social media platforms, which boast a community of 5.2 million followers. On August 13, Rafael Porzecanski, director of the consulting firm Opción, will be the inaugural guest. He will discuss the latest survey on the approval of President Yamandú Orsi's administration and analyze his management. The program also draws on the expertise of El País's extensive newsroom, comprising over 60 journalists specializing in various fields including economy, sports, entertainment, and science.
