Exclusive 17 million euro real estate project nears completion in Vilnius center

A distinctive real estate project, valued at 17 million euros, is in its final stages of construction in the heart of Vilnius. The "Valdovų Rezidencijos" (Rulers' Residences) project is currently completing its facade work, a crucial phase where chosen materials and architectural designs define the building's identity. The facade features ceramic clinker tiles from the renowned German manufacturer "Ströher."

Natural facade materials are complemented by wooden window profiles, lending a sense of warmth to the residences. High-thickness glass packages ensure superior acoustic comfort, allowing residents to enjoy the tranquility of the surrounding nature even within the city center. The buildings are strategically designed so that each apartment offers maximum views of the Kalnų Park greenery. This connection to nature is further enhanced by floor-to-ceiling windows, reaching up to 2.7 meters, and spacious terraces.

The project will offer 19 luxury apartments, ranging from 46 to 263 square meters. Prices start at 6,600 euros per square meter, with the first residents expected to move in this autumn. A unique feature is the inclusion of private terraces, some extending up to 105 square meters, a rarity in new construction projects in Vilnius's Old Town.

Following the facade completion, work will begin on the courtyard and surrounding areas. This space will include children's play zones, a large outdoor chess set, quiet relaxation areas, and green spaces designed for escaping the city's hustle. A significant advantage is the natural integration with Kalnų Park, with the landscaped garden flowing seamlessly into the park, providing residents with a constant connection to nature. The courtyard and garden design is managed by UAB "Grūta."

Beyond the immediate project, the developer is also improving the surrounding infrastructure. S. Vainiūno Street will be reconstructed to accommodate two-way traffic, with new pedestrian paths and street lighting installed. Inside the buildings, special attention is paid to creating an emotional ambiance. The underground parking lot's lighting is inspired by the "Starlight Headliner" feature in Rolls-Royce cars, creating a starry sky effect using fiber optics. This innovative lighting solution, implemented by UAB "Energy Green," is among the first of its kind in Lithuanian new housing projects, designed to provide a visually cozy and calming environment for residents upon arrival.
