For the upcoming 2026-2027 academic year, the company is expanding its successful collaboration with the "1 Decembrie 1918" University of Alba Iulia, offering 41 positions across three specialized fields.

This initiative directly addresses the common post-graduation dilemma: what comes next? Students enrolled in Kaufland's dual programs begin building their professional careers from day one, balancing university coursework with hands-on experience in Kaufland's stores and logistics centers. This approach ensures graduates are not only academically prepared but also possess valuable real-world skills and industry knowledge.

The program offers substantial financial support, with monthly scholarships ranging from 1,500 to 2,000 lei, depending on the specialization. Furthermore, students gain recognized professional experience throughout their studies. Upon successful completion, they are offered roles such as Assistant Manager, Store Manager, or specialists in Logistics, providing a clear and secure career path within the company.
