Flávio: Federal Police lacks capacity to investigate Lulinha; imagine if it were Bolsonaro's son?

Senator Flávio Bolsonaro has renewed his criticism of the investigations targeting businessman Fábio Luís Lula da Silva, the son of President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva. Bolsonaro, who is also a presidential pre-candidate for the PL party, questioned the Federal Police's capacity to investigate the president's son.

"There is a lack of manpower, a lack of people for this small group of the Federal Police to investigate the president's son. Could you imagine if former President Jair Bolsonaro's son were suspected of receiving money embezzled from retirees?" Bolsonaro asked during a YouTube broadcast.

His remarks came after Supreme Court Justice André Mendonça authorized the opening of an inquiry to investigate suspicions of influence peddling within the federal government involving Lulinha. Bolsonaro did not directly comment on this specific decision.

Separately, Bolsonaro announced plans for a live broadcast on November 6 to confirm the PL party's state-level alliances and support from allied parties, aiming to reduce voter confusion.
