Former Housekeeper Sues Kylie Jenner for Alleged Discrimination and Mistreatment

A former housekeeper has filed a lawsuit against reality TV star and businesswoman Kylie Jenner, alongside two employment agencies, alleging a pattern of abuse and discrimination. The legal action, filed by Angelica Vazquez, paints a picture of a deeply unpleasant work environment within Jenner's Hidden Hills home, where Vazquez claims she endured systematic mistreatment from September 2024 to August 2025.

Vazquez, who identifies as Salvadoran and a practicing Catholic, asserts that her race, national origin, and religious beliefs were the basis for constant humiliation and devaluation by colleagues and superiors. The lawsuit details how she was assigned the most arduous tasks and isolated from other staff, facing repeated offensive remarks about her immigrant status and faith.

The situation reportedly escalated in March 2025, leading to Vazquez experiencing anxiety and stress symptoms akin to PTSD. Her complaints to management were allegedly dismissed or ignored, prompting her to take medical leave in July 2025 and resign the following month due to unbearable working conditions. She is seeking compensatory and punitive damages for unpaid wages, missed breaks, and other allegedly withheld benefits.

Sources close to Jenner, however, dispute these claims, characterizing Vazquez as a junior employee with attendance and performance issues. Representatives for Jenner have yet to issue a formal statement regarding the allegations, which have captured public attention.
