The "HR Week Lithuania" conference is set to bring together hundreds of organizational leaders to explore the evolving job market over the next five years. This year's program distinguishes itself by offering a cohesive narrative rather than isolated presentations, focusing on the interconnected changes affecting individuals, organizations, and the world of work.

Over two days, the conference will delve into dozens of topics, spanning fields such as neuroscience, psychology, biology, leadership, labor law, talent acquisition, organizational culture, data analysis, and artificial intelligence. The lineup features international scientists, best-selling authors, business leaders, and seasoned HR professionals.

Often conference programs look like a catalog of separate presentations. Creating 'HR Week Lithuania' we aimed for a completely different goal – to show how different topics merge into one big story about a person, an organization, and business.

Vaida Rimkūnė, content director for "HR Week Lithuania," explained that the program's creation principle was unique this year. "We wanted participants to see not just individual presentations, but also the broader context – why we need to talk simultaneously about the brain, artificial intelligence, leadership, pay transparency, talent shortages, and organizations' ability to adapt to change," she stated. Rimkūnė stressed that HR decisions are now inseparable from business strategy, functioning as a discipline that integrates business, technology, organizational psychology, data, and human behavior.

The conference will begin by focusing on the individual, with significant attention given to neuroscience, psychology, biology, and human performance. Discussions will cover brain function, feedback reception, burnout, the impact of biological changes on careers, and how employee well-being affects organizational outcomes. Noteworthy speakers include neuroscientist Dr. Hannah Critchlow from Cambridge University and human performance researcher Dr. James Hewitt.

Another key theme is the transformation of the leadership role. The conference will address why fewer people aspire to management positions, how leadership is evolving amidst constant uncertainty, the necessity of middle management, and the role of HR professionals during change.
