A prominent member of Indonesia's Gerindra Party has strongly refuted analogies suggesting a premature acceleration of political dynamics before the 2029 elections. Kawendra Lukistian, a member of the House of Representatives and Deputy Secretary General of the party, dismissed the concept of a 'historical fault line' as an ahistorical analysis.
