'Green from A': Antwerp Football Club Lets Supporters Invest in Solar Panels for Bosuilstadion Roof

Royal Antwerp FC is pioneering a groundbreaking sustainability initiative, 'Groen van A,' empowering its supporters to invest directly in the future of the club and the planet. This innovative project involves installing 2,000 solar panels, a substantial 3.7 MWh industrial battery, and 26 charging stations on the roof of the Bosuilstadion. The goal is ambitious: to make the Bosuilstadion Belgium's most sustainable football stadium by generating a significant portion of its electricity needs from its own renewable sources.
