Gyeonggi Province is taking a significant step to support workers in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by providing a 400,000 won welfare bonus to 1,861 employees on Labor Day. This initiative, funded by the Gyeonggi Joint Labor Welfare Fund, aims to bridge the considerable welfare gap that often exists between employees of large corporations and those in SMEs.
