Hidden Massage Operation Busted in Kuwait Apartment; 5 Asian Expats Face Deportation

An apartment that appeared ordinary from the outside allegedly operated as a private massage business until a police investigation brought it to an abrupt end.

Officers from the Mubarak Al-Kabeer Criminal Investigation Department acted after receiving information that massage services were being offered without authorization. After surveillance and verification, investigators obtained a warrant and raided the apartment, arresting five Asian expatriates.

Police reportedly found equipment and supplies allegedly used for the services and confiscated them as evidence. During questioning, the suspects reportedly admitted advertising through social media and receiving customers at the apartment. They allegedly charged between KD 10 and KD 30 for each session.

Legal procedures have been initiated against the five expatriates. They were referred to the Administrative Deportation Department, where deportation procedures were due to be completed. Their names are also expected to be placed on lists preventing them from re-entering Kuwait.
