IBK Foundation partners with BBPVP Serang to enhance human resources in Banten

The Yayasan Gerakan Indonesia Berbagi Kebaikan (IBK) Foundation has formalized a strategic partnership with the Balai Besar Pelatihan Vokasi dan Produktivitas (BBPVP) Serang. This collaboration, marked by a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed on Monday, August 10, 2026, aims to significantly boost human resource quality and foster economic empowerment within the Banten region of Indonesia.

The MoU, signed at the BBPVP Serang office, outlines a joint commitment to various initiatives. These include the implementation of vocational training programs, competency development, certification processes, job placement assistance, and entrepreneurship support. These efforts are designed to bolster the success of the IBK Academy program, an initiative by the IBK Foundation focused on enhancing community skills, reducing unemployment rates, and improving the overall quality of human capital.

Through this synergy, the partnership will facilitate a range of training programs covering essential skills such as technical expertise, soft skills, entrepreneurship, digital marketing, and management. The collaboration is expected to cultivate a generation of competent, self-reliant, and globally competitive individuals, aligning with the developmental goals of both organizations and the region.
