Singh was reportedly shot in the chest near Crescent Street and Stanley Avenue on Friday night. He was transported to a hospital but succumbed to his injuries. Initial reports from Indian media indicate that Singh, who hailed from the Kapurthala district in Punjab, was working as a pizza delivery driver at the time of the incident.
