Indonesia's Danantara Housing Expo 2026 to Feature 130 Tenants, Homes from $380 Million Rupiah

The Danantara Housing Expo 2026 is poised to open its doors in Badung, Bali, on August 27, promising a large-scale showcase of Indonesia's housing sector. Organized by BP BUMN and Danantara, the expo will feature around 130 tenants, including 12 major state-owned construction companies (BUMN Karya). The event aims to present a wide array of housing solutions and related products to the public.

BP BUMN COO Dony Oskaria emphasized the commitment to ensuring the event's success, stating, "We must ensure and be responsible for the event running smoothly." He personally inspected the preparations to guarantee an optimal experience for attendees. The expo seeks to foster collaboration among state-owned enterprises to create a more complete housing ecosystem.

Visitors can expect a diverse selection of homes, ranging from FLPP and subsidized housing to more affordable options. Notably, a type 27 house with a 72-square-meter land area will be available for approximately Rp380 million. Beyond just showcasing houses, the expo intends to be a one-stop destination for all housing-related needs, including financing, furniture, and other lifestyle products.
