iPhone 14 Stolen During Hospital Visit in Kuwait

A routine hospital visit in Kuwait took a turn when a man discovered his iPhone 14 missing from the observation room at Al-Sabah Hospital. The incident occurred around 12:30 a.m. after the man sought medical attention for feeling unwell.

According to the complaint, the man had been advised by a doctor to remain in the observation room for further treatment. It was during this time that he realized his mobile phone was gone. He reportedly identified another person who was in the room with him as the suspect.

The complainant expressed concern that the stolen phone could be taken out of Kuwait and reactivated, potentially granting access to his personal data, including photographs and stored information. A theft case has been filed and handed over to the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) for further investigation.

Authorities are expected to summon the accused to verify the allegations and clarify the circumstances surrounding the phone's disappearance. A security source highlighted that technological advancements now enable authorities to track stolen mobile phones, aiding in the identification of suspects and the recovery of devices.
