Jakarta Weather Forecast: Mostly Cloudy All Day Monday

Jakarta residents can expect a predominantly cloudy day on Monday, according to the Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG). The agency forecasts that most areas of the Indonesian capital will experience overcast skies from morning until night, with no significant rainfall anticipated.

Starting the day, temperatures will feel quite cool, hovering between 24 and 27 degrees Celsius. Winds will blow at an average speed of 3 to 19 kilometers per hour. As the day progresses into the afternoon, cloud cover is predicted to thicken, leading to heavy overcast conditions across all of Jakarta. Daytime temperatures will climb significantly, ranging from 28 to 35 degrees Celsius, accompanied by stronger winds reaching 10 to 21 kilometers per hour.

By late afternoon, a slight improvement is expected in some parts of the city. While most of Jakarta will remain cloudy, West Jakarta might see clearer, cloud-covered skies again. Temperatures will still feel warm, between 28 and 34 degrees Celsius, with winds picking up to 13 to 25 kilometers per hour. The cloudy weather is set to continue into the evening, with temperatures cooling down to a more comfortable 27 to 28 degrees Celsius. Winds will range from 8 to 24 kilometers per hour.
