The July Mass Uprising Memorial Museum officially opened to the public on August 6th, drawing a large crowd of visitors eager to explore its exhibits. Hundreds of people queued from the morning, arriving with friends and family to tour the premises and capture photographs.

The museum serves as a comprehensive chronicle of the July Uprising, utilizing a diverse range of media. Visitors can engage with photographs, videos, historical documents, digital installations, and personal belongings of those who were killed or injured during the movement. This collection aims to provide a poignant and detailed account of the events.

Prime Minister Tarique Rahman inaugurated the museum, exactly two years after the uprising. He unveiled its plaque and spoke about the importance of preserving these memories for future generations. The museum is structured with three daily visiting sessions: morning (11:00 AM - 1:00 PM), midday (1:00 PM - 3:00 PM), and evening (4:00 PM - 6:00 PM). Tickets are priced at Tk 50 for adults and Tk 25 for children. Visitors are required to book tickets in advance for a specific date and time slot to manage entry.
