KMA Registered as First AI Talent Innovation Specialist Company

The Korea Management Association (KMA) has achieved a significant milestone by being registered as the first "Talent Innovation Specialist Company" in the artificial intelligence (AI) sector. This designation, awarded by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, acknowledges KMA's expertise in nurturing practical talent for cutting-edge industries.

The "Talent Innovation Specialist Company" system, established under the Special Act on Talent Innovation in Advanced Industries, officially recognizes companies and institutions capable of developing skilled professionals in fields such as semiconductors, batteries, and biotechnology. KMA's inclusion marks a pivotal moment for the organization.

Leveraging this new status, KMA intends to broaden its initiatives in advanced industry talent development. The association aims to strengthen its position as a vital platform that bridges the gap between the industrial sector, educational institutions, and government bodies. Furthermore, KMA plans to refine its talent development solutions and digital learning services to bolster the future competitiveness of businesses.

KMA has a proven track record in AI and digital competency training, having led programs for corporate employees, public officials, and local government staff. The association has also collaborated with SK AX to launch "AI LAB," an AI education and consulting platform, and "AI Talent Lab," a program focused on practical AI skills. Recently, KMA has been enhancing its future talent cultivation framework through its online corporate education platform, "stud.io," which offers AI-driven learning environments and customized educational services.
