Kwara opens bids for agro-industrial hub construction

Kwara State is taking a significant stride towards enhancing its agricultural sector with the opening of bids for the construction of its Agro-Industrial Hub in Malete. Opening of bids for the procurement of the construction of the processing and non-processing support facilities for the Agro-Industrial Hub at Malete, Kwara State, came up today, marking a month from the date of the publication.

The bid opening saw four companies submit proposals out of the eight that purchased the bid documents. This level of participation indicates a healthy interest in the project, which aims to establish crucial processing and non-processing support facilities. The State Project Coordinator, Busari Isiaka, emphasized the milestone this represents and cautioned bidders against any attempts to unduly influence the evaluation process, ensuring the integrity of the selection.
