Kyrgyzstan's new Congress Hall to host private events

Bishkek is set to become a new center for international diplomacy with the opening of the "Yrys Ordo" Congress Hall, President Sadyr Japarov announced on August 24. The state-funded complex will not only host government functions and international forums like those of the SCO, CSTO, and EAEU, but will also be available for private events.

Japarov stated that the "Yrys Ordo" complex, spanning over 39,000 square meters, is designed to enhance Kyrgyzstan's international authority. "Our country will become a new center of international diplomacy," he declared during the opening ceremony.

The facility boasts a 1,238-seat conference hall, a 1,000-seat banquet hall, and modern meeting rooms. Additionally, eight guesthouses have been constructed on the premises and will be offered for commercial rental, providing accommodation for official delegations and VIP guests.

The president expressed gratitude to the administration of the president's affairs, as well as the architects, builders, and engineers involved in the construction of the complex.
