Labu candidate Ahmad Faez understands residents' needs, details service and development plans

Datuk Ahmad Faez Abdul Razak, the Pakatan Harapan candidate for the Labu state constituency, emphasized that building public trust requires consistent service, not just during election periods. He detailed the state government's efforts during his nearly three-year tenure as the Labu DUN Coordinator, during which nearly RM960,000 in aid was distributed.

This aid encompassed various needs, from support for newborns and higher education to assistance for the elderly. The state government also focused on improving infrastructure and provided support to religious institutions, including mosques, temples, and shrines, ensuring all communities received attention.

Looking ahead, Ahmad Faez highlighted significant federal projects aimed at improving the Labu area. The Nilai-Labu-Enstek (NLE) highway is under construction to connect Taman Semarak, Nilai, with Bandar Enstek, which is expected to alleviate traffic congestion, particularly from heavy vehicles, in local villages. Additionally, a flood mitigation project for Sungai Batang Labu has been approved, with implementation anticipated around July or August 2027.

Furthermore, a key federal plan includes the construction of a new hospital in Bandar Enstek. This initiative, championed by the state government to reduce pressure on Hospital Tuanku Ja’afar in Seremban, has been approved by Parliament and is listed in the 13th Malaysia Plan (RMK13). These developments are poised to significantly benefit residents through enhanced comfort, safety, and economic growth.
