Lithuania: Boy dies after falling from fourth-floor window

They were momentarily distracted by a loud explosion and subsequent fire at a nearby electrical substation, which drew their attention to a balcony. During this brief period, the toddler, who had climbed onto a windowsill, fell from the open window.

Emergency services were called, and the child was initially taken to Šiauliai Hospital before being transferred to Kaunas Hospital for specialized treatment.
