Lithuania braces for autumn chill with temperatures dropping to 6 degrees Celsius

Lithuania is bracing for a noticeable drop in temperatures as autumn approaches, with nighttime lows expected to dip as low as 6 degrees Celsius in some parts of the country. This cooling trend signals a shift towards the fall season.

Tuesday night is predicted to bring scattered light rain and fog in places, with temperatures ranging from 8 to 13 degrees Celsius, reaching 14 to 16 degrees Celsius along the coast. During the day, expect short showers and possible thunderstorms, with winds from the northwest at 7 to 12 meters per second, and temperatures between 17 and 21 degrees Celsius.

Wednesday will see some brief showers in places during the day, while the night may bring fog. Temperatures will range from 7 to 12 degrees Celsius at night, up to 14 degrees Celsius on the Curonian Spit, and between 18 and 23 degrees Celsius during the day.

Thursday is expected to be dry with light winds. Nighttime temperatures will range from 6 to 11 degrees Celsius, with some areas experiencing 12 to 14 degrees Celsius. Daytime temperatures will climb to between 19 and 24 degrees Celsius.
