Magdalena Municipality Opens 156 Security Jobs with Salaries Up to S/3,200

The Municipality of Magdalena del Mar is seeking to bolster its citizen security efforts by recruiting 156 new personnel for its Citizen Security Sub-management. The hiring process, conducted under administrative service contracts (CAS), aims to strengthen surveillance and public safety within the district.

The available positions cater to various roles, including 80 vacancies for security guards and drivers with a monthly salary of S/2,450. Additionally, 45 positions for motorized security guards will earn S/2,400 monthly, while 25 roles in the Rapid Action Group will receive S/2,100. Higher-paying positions include five vacancies for personnel escorts at S/3,200 and one supervisor role for operational personnel at S/2,800.

Interested candidates can submit their applications and documents on July 21 and 22 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. at the Main File Office, located at Avenida Brasil 3501. Successful applicants are expected to sign their contracts in early August.

The municipality is offering incentives for certain applicants. Veterans of the Armed Forces will receive a 10% bonus on their final score, while individuals with disabilities will receive an additional 15% bonus upon presenting the relevant documentation.
