Man found dead in motel where Debanhi Escobar's body was discovered died of heart attack

The Attorney General's Office of Nuevo León has confirmed the cause of death for an unidentified man discovered within the Motel Nueva Castilla in Escobedo. The findings stem from a necropsy conducted by the Forensic Medical Service, which determined the cause of death.

Despite this forensic advancement, authorities have yet to identify the victim or ascertain the circumstances under which he entered the abandoned motel. The body was found in room 156 of the motel, which has been vacant for over four years. This location previously gained significant attention when the body of Debanhi Susana Escobar Bazaldúa was found there in 2022.

The Fiscalía reported that the corpse was in an advanced state of decomposition. The investigation remains open to clarify the circumstances surrounding the case. The cause of death was officially stated as acute myocardial infarction, a result released after the necropsy concluded. However, the victim's identity and his presence in the motel are still unexplained.

The discovery occurred when a group of content creators entered the Motel Nueva Castilla for urban exploration. While exploring the garage area of room 156, they found the body. They immediately suspended their activity and alerted the authorities. The content creators were briefly detained for statements but were later released after investigators ruled out any connection to the case. Police and forensic teams secured the property, cordoned off the area, and transported the body for examination.
