Man in BMW terrorizes Lithuanian village with high-speed driving

Residents of Uliūnai village in Lithuania's Panevėžys district are living in fear due to a driver who terrorizes the community by speeding in a damaged BMW. Locals have taken to social media to share videos of the reckless driving, hoping to bring attention to the dangerous situation.

One video, shared in a local Facebook group, shows a battered third-series BMW speeding through the village streets. A caption accompanying the video directly addresses the driver, identified by locals as "Mantukas," warning him about the potential for a tragic accident involving children, the elderly, or cyclists. "Mantukas, don't speed, because you don't know what might jump out from behind a bush," the post reads.
