An unsettling situation has emerged near Dvarčioniai Lake, where a man has reportedly been secretly photographing women without their consent. Information circulating on social media describes the individual as having light-colored hair and wearing glasses. Concerns have been raised that he may be specifically targeting and photographing women's body parts, such as buttocks and breasts.

A user on Facebook shared a warning, urging others to be vigilant and report such behavior to authorities. The post emphasized the importance of respecting personal privacy. A victim who shared her experience anonymously stated that she saw photos of herself and her friends, along with other women, on the suspect's device. She reported that when she asked him to delete the pictures, he refused and fled.
