Minibus and Car Collision in Turkey Leaves 11 Injured

A serious traffic accident occurred on the Bartın-Zonguldak road in Turkey, leaving 11 people injured. The collision involved a passenger minibus and a car near the Akmanlar mevkisi.

The incident happened around 9:00 PM when the minibus, driven by 58-year-old İbrahim Uzun, collided with a car driven by Hatice Tabakoğlu as it attempted to merge onto the main road. The impact was severe enough to send both the minibus and the car tumbling off the road into a ditch.

Emergency services, including medical teams, police, and firefighters, were dispatched to the scene. Rescuers worked to extract the injured from the wreckage. Hatice Tabakoğlu and Aydan Tabakoğlu, who were in the car, along with nine passengers from the minibus, were freed by the emergency crews.

All 11 injured individuals were subsequently transported by ambulance to Bartın State Hospital for medical attention. Police have secured the accident site and initiated an investigation into the cause of the collision.
