The death toll from devastating flash floods in Nepal has risen to 162, with hundreds more missing, including many foreign tourists. The disaster struck the border region between Nepal and Tibet, causing widespread destruction.

Malaysia and Japan have also reported missing citizens, and eight South Korean nationals working near a hydroelectric power station are also unaccounted for.
