New Balance Korea launches same-day delivery service

New Balance is stepping up its game in the competitive online retail market with the launch of its "Fast Arrival" same-day delivery service. Starting July 3, customers in Seoul and the surrounding metropolitan area who order before noon on weekdays can expect their purchases to arrive on the same day.

The service, available through New Balance's official online mall and app, excludes island and mountainous regions, with next-day delivery for other areas. Products eligible for "Fast Arrival" will be clearly marked with a special badge, making it easy for customers to identify them.

The speed of delivery has become a crucial factor in the online shopping experience, which is why we introduced same-day delivery.

This new delivery option is a result of a partnership with Dilly Box Central, an urban logistics platform. This system uses logistics hubs within cities to store and sort products, enabling swift delivery to consumers. New Balance will leverage real-time checks of its nationwide store inventory to assign dispatch locations, while Dilly Box Central will provide the necessary delivery infrastructure for rapid transit.
