New Bentley flips during Nida promotional event; one injured

A promotional event for the latest Bentley models took a dramatic turn when a new convertible overturned at the Nida airport in Lithuania. The incident occurred on Friday, July 31, during test drives and special driving exercises that have been ongoing throughout July.

Emergency services were alerted around 12:54 p.m. Upon arrival at the aerodrome, firefighters found the Bentley lying on its roof. Event attendees had already managed to extract one of the individuals from the vehicle. The second man was conscious and not trapped, lying beside the overturned car.

Firefighters used an immobilization board and a neck brace to stabilize the injured man before transferring him to an ambulance crew. The Bentley was then righted. Reports indicate the vehicle was a brand-new convertible. Similar events featuring the latest Bentley models are scheduled to continue along the Curonian Spit in August.
