New Edo Police Commissioner Pledges Respectful Policing, Open Door Policy

The new Commissioner of Police in Edo State, Patrick Daor, has vowed to implement an open-door policing strategy to combat crime and rebuild public confidence. Upon assuming office, Daor pledged that all citizens of Edo State would be treated with respect by the police command.

Daor stated his administration would enhance the command's crime-fighting efforts by refining existing measures and building upon the successes of his predecessor, Monday Agbonika.
