New rules for entrepreneurs: Tachographs for delivery vans, VAT payment changes, and more

Polish entrepreneurs engaged in international transport using light commercial vehicles face new obligations starting July 1. Those operating vehicles with a permissible gross weight between 2.5 and 3.5 tons are now required to equip them with the latest smart tachographs. This mandate also brings them under the same regulations concerning driving times, breaks, and rest periods as drivers of heavy-duty vehicles.
