Nigerian Military Rescues 43 Kidnap Victims, Neutralizes 26 Terrorists

Nigerian troops have conducted successful operations across the country over the past week, resulting in the rescue of 43 kidnapped individuals and the neutralization of 26 terrorists. The military also apprehended 15 suspected criminals during these operations.

In addition to combating violent extremism and kidnapping, the armed forces also targeted economic sabotage. During the operations, troops recovered approximately 205,000 liters of stolen crude oil products. This recovery highlights the ongoing challenge of illegal oil bunkering and theft within Nigeria.
