Official: ONP pensioners have payment dates in May; find out when you'll collect your pension via Banco de la Nación

Pensioners under the Office of Normalization of Social Security (ONP) in Peru can now plan their finances with the release of the official payment schedule for May 2026. More than 778,000 beneficiaries will receive their pensions between May 8 and May 14, with the distribution organized by the first letter of their surname. This systematic approach aims to streamline the process and prevent overcrowding at payment points across the nation, ensuring a smoother experience for all.

The Banco de la Nación, along with other authorized channels such as ATMs, agents, and bank tellers, will be instrumental in disbursing these funds. The schedule specifically caters to the '19990' regime, with payments staggered from May 8 to May 13 based on surname initials (A-C, D-L, M-Q, R-Z). Additionally, other regimes, including Decree Law 20530, Decree Law 18846, and special risk insurance pensions, are scheduled for payment on May 14.

Furthermore, the ONP has provided a convenient online option for pensioners to access and download their payment statements through its virtual platform.
