Oman Across Ages Museum welcomes one millionth visitor

The Oman Across Ages Museum has reached a significant milestone, welcoming its one millionth visitor since opening its exhibition halls. This achievement underscores the museum's rapidly growing importance as a key cultural, educational, and tourism hub within the Sultanate.

Since its official inauguration on March 13, 2023, under the patronage of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, the museum has attracted a diverse audience. Data indicates that 81% of the visitors are Omani citizens, while international tourists make up the remaining 19%, reflecting a strong domestic interest alongside growing global curiosity.

A special ceremony was held to honor the millionth visitor, who was treated to a guided tour. This tour provided an in-depth look at the museum's galleries, highlighting significant historical sites, engaging interactive exhibits, and the advanced technologies employed to present Oman's rich history and cultural heritage.
