ÖSYM Announces 2026 KPSS Exam and Application Dates

The Turkish public examination system, managed by ÖSYM, has released its 2026 calendar, providing clarity on the much-anticipated KPSS (Kamu Personel Seçme Sınavı) or Public Personnel Selection Exam. This exam is a critical gateway for individuals seeking employment in public institutions across Turkey, making its schedule a matter of significant public interest.

For 2026, the KPSS General Aptitude-General Culture exam for undergraduate degrees is set for September 6. The KPSS Group A (Field Knowledge) exams will follow on September 12 and 13. These dates are crucial for thousands of aspiring public servants who dedicate months, often years, to preparing for these rigorous assessments.

The ÖSYM has also detailed the schedule for associate and high school level KPSS exams. The KPSS Associate Degree exam is slated for October 4, with applications opening from July 29 to August 10. The KPSS High School exam will take place on October 25, with applications accepted between August 27 and September 8. The announcement of results for all KPSS exams is consolidated, with the general announcement date set for October 7, 2026, though specific results for associate and high school levels will be available later in October and November respectively.
