Our works speak for us, Adeleke tells Ifetedo supporters

Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke has pledged continued investment in rural development and infrastructure to the residents of Ife South Local Government Area, urging them to re-elect him. During a campaign tour, Adeleke asserted that his administration's accomplishments throughout the state serve as a testament to their performance. He was warmly received by local residents, traditional rulers, and community leaders.

At Awolowo Town, the governor was welcomed by Oba Yekinni Olayemi Olasoji Omisore, the Olu of Awolowo, and Oba Akinola Oyetade Akinrera, the Olubosin of Ifetedo. A large contingent of traditional rulers and community leaders also expressed their support for Adeleke's re-election bid. Prayers for his success were offered by representatives of Christian, Muslim, and traditional faiths at the Olu of Awolowo's palace. The Olubosin of Ifetedo reaffirmed his loyalty to the governor and the Ooni of Ife.

Accompanied by key campaign officials, including Deputy Governor Kola Adewusi and Campaign Director-General Senator Lere Oyewumi, Adeleke promised to maintain "good governance" across Osun State. "Wherever we go in Osun, our good work speaks for us. We have touched every local government with infrastructure and other development projects. We will do even more if re-elected," the governor stated.

During his visit to Ifetedo, Adeleke commissioned a three-kilometer road and committed to resolving the community's persistent electricity supply issues. "Once we are re-elected, we will break the jinx of inadequate power supply in this town. Our Ministry of Energy has already completed the necessary groundwork," he assured. He also pledged enhanced focus on rural infrastructure, healthcare, and education, promising to recruit additional medical personnel to bolster healthcare delivery.

Adeleke, speaking at the unveiling of medical equipment donated by Yusuf Ali, SAN, to a health facility in Ifetedo, maintained that a second term would allow his administration to expand employment in the health and education sectors. He reiterated that his administration's track record justifies their pursuit of another term in office.
