Palantir Lithuania Reports Highest Average June Salary in Lithuania at Over 62,000 Euros

Lithuania's "Palantir Technologies Lithuania" led the country in average June salaries, reporting a staggering 62,870 euros per employee. This figure, based on "Sodra" data, represents a substantial leap from the company's typical average salary of 10,000 to 12,000 euros. The US technology firm, which specializes in big data and artificial intelligence integration and works closely with governmental and public sectors, had previously ranked third in March with an average salary of 51,000 euros. The company currently employs eight people.

Following "Palantir," "Alwark Group," a Vilnius-based holding company involved in stevedoring and warehousing services, reported an average June salary of 38,220 euros. This is also a significant increase from its usual 7,000-9,000 euro range. "Alwark Group" employs four people.

In third place is "Lit-Dan Grain," an agricultural company registered in Mažeikiai, which paid an average salary of 25,940 euros in June. This contrasts with its more common salary range of 2,500 to 5,000 euros. The company's workforce has recently decreased from seven to six employees.

Other companies reporting high average salaries include "Blockchain (LT)" (24,820 euros), a computer repair firm currently undergoing liquidation, and "Skovs Korn Baltic" (24,090 euros), a grain and agricultural product brokerage in the Kaunas region. "HomeToGo Technologies," an IT company in Kaunas, reported an average salary of 22,060 euros, while "UNRVLD Lithuania," an IT services company, had an average salary of 21,980 euros.

These significant salary spikes are often attributed to severance payments or bonuses, particularly as some companies, like "Blockchain (LT)," are in the process of liquidation. The data highlights unusual financial activity within specific Lithuanian companies during June.
