Paraguayan Dani Vallejo exits Canada Masters 1000 early

Paraguay's top tennis player, Adolfo Daniel Vallejo, experienced a premature exit from the Canada Masters 1000 tournament, falling in the first round to China's Shang Juncheng. The match, held on Court 9, saw Juncheng secure a decisive victory with a double 6-3 scoreline.

Vallejo, aged 22, and Juncheng, 21, faced off with the expectation of advancing to the second phase, where the winner would have met Russia's Andrey Rublev. Rublev, currently ranked 14th in the world, has a career-high ranking of 5th and has won 18 individual titles.
