The company clarified that any information suggesting such fees, particularly for the subsidized 3kg LPG, is a baseless hoax designed to mislead the public.

Emphasizing the nature of the 3kg LPG as a government subsidy specifically for underprivileged communities, Pertamina Patra Niaga stressed that its distribution is strictly regulated by government policies and quota systems to ensure it reaches the intended beneficiaries.
