Pertamina Raises Pertamax Turbo and Dex-Series Fuel Prices From Sept. 1, 2026

Pertamina Patra Niaga has raised prices for Pertamax Turbo, Pertamina Dex and Dexlite, with the new rates taking effect at midnight on Sept. 1, 2026.

The company said Pertamax Turbo, Pertamina Dex and Dexlite were the only non-subsidized fuels affected. Other products, including Pertamax 92 and Pertamax Green 95, kept their existing prices.

The price adjustment applies only to some non-subsidized fuel products, namely Pertamax Turbo, Pertamina Dex and Dexlite, while other non-subsidized products such as Pertamax 92 and Pertamax Green 95 are not adjusted.

Pertamina Patra Niaga corporate communications vice president Kitty Andhora said the changes followed a government-set formula. That formula takes into account global crude prices, the rupiah’s exchange rate, taxes and other relevant factors, including the purchasing power of consumers who use the fuels.

Andhora said the selective adjustment reflected economic considerations, consumer purchasing power and social conditions. The figures reported for the affected fuels show substantial increases compared with their previous prices, including a rise of Rp9,400 per liter for Dexlite and Pertamina Dex.
