Police respond to neighbor dispute, assist stranded traveler

A dispute between neighbors, reportedly stemming from a poorly parked pickup truck, required intervention from the capital region's police force. The incident occurred in postal code 104, according to the police log.

In a separate event, police received a call from a foreign national requesting assistance with transportation between locations. Officers were dispatched to the scene, but upon arrival, they found it difficult to communicate with the individual. It became clear that the person needed a ride, but police informed them that they do not provide such services.

Additionally, the police stopped two drivers for operating vehicles with studded tires, a practice that is regulated. One of these drivers was also found to be operating a vehicle without a valid driver's license. The other driver had committed the same offense earlier in the summer.
