Proposal to Temporarily Close Hanoi-Thai Nguyen Expressway for Airport Link Road Construction

Hanoi is pushing forward with ambitious infrastructure plans, proposing the temporary closure of the Hanoi-Thai Nguyen expressway to expedite the construction of a crucial road linking Gia Binh Airport to the capital.
