Rasuwa Flood Prompts Traffic Halt to Four Districts from Kathmandu

According to SP Naresh Raj Subedi of the Kathmandu Valley Traffic Police Office, the vehicles being stopped are those traveling from Kathmandu towards Rasuwa, Nuwakot, Chitwan, and Dhading.
