(2) C.crim.proc. read in conjunction with art. 342 C.crim.proc., finds that the Sector 1 Court of Bucharest is competent to resolve this case, as well as the legality of the court's referral with the indictment issued in case no. 8420/160/P/2024 of the Prosecutor's Office attached to the Sector 1 Court of Bucharest, the administration of evidence, and the carrying out of the criminal investigation acts. Orders the commencement of the trial in the case concerning the defendant Cornu Georgică. Pursuant to art. 345 para. (2) C.crim.proc., orders the communication of this decision to the defendant, the injured party, and the prosecutor. With the right of appeal within 3 days of the communication of the decision.
