Russian attacks in Ukraine's Kherson region leave at least two civilians dead

At least two civilians were killed and 24 others injured in a series of Russian attacks across Ukraine's Kherson region over the last 24 hours. The assaults, which included drone strikes and artillery shelling, also damaged significant infrastructure and residential areas, according to Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the regional military administration.

Russian forces specifically targeted critical and social infrastructure, as well as residential zones within the region. The attacks resulted in damage to seven high-rise buildings and eleven private homes. Additionally, a church, a shop, a hair salon, a gas station, an agricultural building, school buses, agricultural machinery, and private vehicles were destroyed.

Meanwhile, the neighboring Dnipropetrovsk region also experienced a wave of attacks. Ten drone strikes were reported in this area, leading to one person sustaining injuries, as stated by the head of the regional military administration, Oleksandr Ganzha. These attacks affected six districts within the Dnipropetrovsk region.
