Shamel Foundation Board, Chaired by Justice Minister, Discusses Service Development and Sustainability

Under the esteemed chairmanship of Minister of Justice Dr. Walid Al-Samaani, the board of trustees for the Shamel Charitable Foundation convened its fourth meeting, marking a significant step in advancing institutional performance and service quality. This initiative, operating under the technical supervision of the Ministry of Justice, is pivotal in realizing the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, particularly in fostering family stability and safeguarding children's rights.

The foundation, which operates through more than 37 centers across the Kingdom, plays a crucial role in implementing visitation and custody rulings, ensuring a secure environment for children, and providing vital psychological and social support. Its efforts also extend to facilitating reconciliation among separated families, underscoring a commitment to community well-being.

The substantial number of over 33,000 beneficiaries in 2025 highlights the widespread impact of Shamel's services. The discussions also focused on strengthening operational and financial sustainability, a key factor in ensuring the continuous delivery and enhancement of these essential services, thereby maximizing their societal benefit. This forward-looking approach ensures Shamel remains a cornerstone of support for families and children in Saudi Arabia.
