Suspected Serial Predator of Sex Workers Arrested in Mexico City

Authorities in Mexico City have arrested a man suspected of being a serial predator targeting sex workers. The arrest occurred in the Benito Juárez borough following an investigation initiated by the Citizen Council based on complaints of extortion and human trafficking.

According to intelligence reports, the suspect, identified as Noé, allegedly used a blue vehicle and was described as a man approximately 1.72 meters tall, with a robust build, dark complexion, bald, and bearded. Investigators gathered information linking him to at least two previous investigation files.

Police officers located the suspect's vehicle on Simón Street in the Benito Juárez borough around 7:15 PM on Tuesday, August 25. Three minutes later, they detained the driver. During the search, officers found 50 transparent bags containing a green substance resembling marijuana, a handgun, a cell phone, and the vehicle linked to the investigations.

Noé and the seized evidence were transferred to the Tlalpan 2 and 3 Public Ministry Agency, where his legal status will be determined. Investigations are ongoing to establish his potential involvement in the reported crimes.
