Sweden's Crown Princess Victoria to Visit Indonesia for UNDP

Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden is set to visit Indonesia from September 4 to 8, 2026, undertaking the trip in her capacity as a Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). Her visit aims to highlight the UNDP's work in Indonesia, focusing on critical areas such as sustainable development, climate action, biodiversity conservation, digital transformation, and inclusive economic growth.

During her stay in Jakarta, the Crown Princess is scheduled to engage with a range of key figures, including government leaders, development partners, private sector representatives, young leaders, and United Nations officials. Discussions are expected to center on how innovation, digital transformation, and blended finance can be leveraged to expedite progress toward achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The itinerary also includes a visit to East Nusa Tenggara. The visit will also showcase efforts to create sustainable economic opportunities through ecotourism and nature-based development projects.
