Taiwan Basketball Association Needs to Work Harder on Promises for Grassroots and Women's Basketball

Arthur Chiang, the CTBA chairman, had made campaign promises to place greater emphasis on grassroots development and the women's basketball program. However, the recent incidents suggest that the new leadership faces considerable challenges in fulfilling these commitments.
